The Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction is coming again in November 2012!
To welcome the forth coming 152nd auction we invite you to a dinner with Anthony Hanson, Master of Wine and Senior Consultant to Christie’s auction house.
Anthony has selected 2 whites and 4 reds from the Hopsices Grand Crus & Premier Crus private collection to match with this creative Chinese cuisine.
The dinner is at the Ming Court, the 2 Michelin Star restaurant on 19th October 2012.
The menu is tailor-made by the Executive Chef Tsang. A rare opportunity to taste some of the best Burgundies like 2009 Corton-Charlemagne and 2002 Mazis-Chambertin with super high quality modern Chinese cuisine.
